Venom proudly introduces a revolutionary new UAS charging system, which takes the complexity out of managing a fleet of batteries, large or small. Designed and built in the USA, this system is packed with innovative features including a modular and scalable design allowing for the system to grow with your operation.
Each system has four uniquely designed charging bays which are fire resistant and allow fumes to be vented to an outside location which collectively increases the safety of charging UAS batteries. Multiple charging system units can be linked and controlled together via mobile application allowing you to simultaneously and seamlessly charge as many batteries as your fleet requires.
When used in conjunction with Venom Commercial Series Batteries the system unlocks its true potential with 1-touch charging via auto-sensing technology and capturing all of the necessary data points required for increased battery safety, life cycle maintenance, and compliance reporting. This includes full cycle life capture of all discharge and charge cycles, battery temperatures, depth of discharge, and internal resistance of all cells within the pack. From this data the system is able to produce feedback on battery health, historical usage, and notify users of potential faults and failures before they happen.
MODULAR AND FLEXIBLE
Built to suit a near endless variety of applications, limited only by your imagination, the Venom Commercial Series charger was designed to fit in a standard 19-inch width server rack and has a height of 6U (6 Rack Space). Install in a portable rack mount case for mobility and use on location or install multiple units in a standard server rack for use at operation headquarters; the options are endless.

With the ability to link multiple units together and control each simultaneously through a single intuitive application interface, charging a large number of batteries has never been so easy.

The Venom Commercial Series application interface was designed for beginners to advanced users alike and offers an immense amount of control in tailoring the application to your specific needs. The app features full adjustability of the charging parameters and reporting functionality while integrated battery serialization further simplifies use. For standard batteries, simply apply a QR code to each battery and scan for 1-touch charging.
Used in conjunction with Venom Commercial Series batteries, the true power of both systems are unlocked as they work in harmony to further simplify managing a fleet of batteries.
SAFE AND SECURE
Safety was a primary focus in development of the Venom Commercial Series charging system and the unique battery bays include many features to highlight this. The foundation of each battery bay starts with a fire resistant design and includes independent ventilation for all bays to collectively exhaust any fumes that may build up to an outside location. Internally each bay is outfitted with battery adapter cradles and built-in temperature sensors that will act to terminate the charge process should the user definable threshold be exceeded.
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
With application flexibility also at the forefront of design considerations, the Venom Commercial Series Charging system can be tailored to your specific needs. From varying charge rate needs, varying access to input power including 110V or 240V, to varying budget constraints, we can fine-tune the system to your operation. Our interchangeable battery adapter cradle system also allows for seamless integration with today’s most popular UAS batteries, including DJI and Yuneec, while custom cradles are also available upon request.
